If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new and unused items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unused and in the original packaging. If you are returning tableware, please carefully repack your item(s) to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

To return Bedding or Dinnerware items, please follow the below procedures:

  1. Attach call tag to the outside of the shipping package.

  2. Securely pack and seal the merchandise in the original packaging.

  3. Address the package to:
