Most purchases ship via parcel service (AUS POST) within 5–7 business days from receipt of order. If it’s taking longer than 7 business days, we’ll reach out to let you know.

Certain custom and made-to-order merchandise will deliver to most destinations in the contiguous AUS within 12–14 weeks from receipt of order.

Please note that multiple items ordered together may not arrive together.

Orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales and so we follow any New South Wales Public Holidays.

Shipping is calculated based on a combination of 1) the individual product(s) added to your cart and 2) your shipping address. Shipping costs can be seen at the Checkout page.

Once you fill out your contact details, the DIY Design Booklet will be available via the email you provided in the form as a PDF.
